IISS Technician

Adaptive Minds Coaching is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to children and young adults receiving Autism Waiver services in home and community settings. 
​
As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals in their homes and communities to help them build daily living skills, improve social and communication abilities, increase independence, and achieve goals identified in their individualized service plans.

We partner with families to create individualized supports that promote growth, confidence, community engagement, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in home and community settings

​

Assist individuals in developing independence and daily living skills

​

Support social, communication, behavioral, and community participation goals

​

Implement individualized strategies and interventions

​

Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes

​

Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 100 hours of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

​

Reliable transportation is required

​

Ability and willingness to travel to participant homes and community locations

​

Valid driver's license required

​

Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings

Compensation & Benefits

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
